Back in 2019 a new fully automatic CL4090 core cutter was installed at Pratt Industries Wapakoneta mill. The system had a space reservation for a future core plugger.

The new order includes:

• Plug bin and a plug orientor.
• Elevated conveyor system to the plugging station.
• Plugging station with primary and deep plugging chutes
• Electrical and mechanical integration.
• Installation supervision, start-up and training services                     

The delivery is scheduled in fall of 2020.
